Coaching Staff
Hannah Villavicencio
I am so excited to be joining this wonderful program this season! As a stay-at-home mom with a strong background in cheerleading, I’ve had the privilege of both participating in and coaching the sport I love. My cheerleading journey started in high school and continued in an all-star competitive cheer program. I’ve also had the joy of coaching my daughter, first as a mascot, then as a peewee, and later as a midget cheerleader. As an assistant peewee coach, I was fortunate to help create a first-place routine, a highlight of my coaching experience. Above all, I prioritize the holistic development of the children under my guidance. I deeply care about their needs, success, and growth, both on and off the mat. My goal is to foster a positive and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential. I firmly believe that cheerleading should be a fun and memorable experience for everyone involved. Through teamwork, discipline, and encouragement, I strive to make each season unforgettable. I am passionate about empowering kids to embrace their individuality, build lasting friendships, and create cherished memories that will stay with them for years to come.
Kayla York
My name is Kayla York and I am so excited to begin another season with the Rhinos as the Jr. Midgets head coach! During the 2024–2025 season, I had the privilege of serving as an assistant coach for the sideline, competition, and stunt seasons. In my professional life, I work for the state as a Personnel Supervisor II in Human Resources, where I’ve developed strong leadership and communication skills that help me create a positive, structured environment for our athletes. My goal as head coach is to continue building each athlete’s self-confidence, promoting teamwork, and maintaining a positive, supportive atmosphere. The memories these athletes are creating will last a lifetime, and I’m honored to be part of that journey. I aim to inspire them to keep growing not only as cheerleaders, but as individuals so they’re ready for success both on and off the mat!
Ardeana Rogers
My name is Ardeana Rogers, and I’m thrilled to be coaching our Pee Wee cheer team this season, alongside an amazing group of assistant coaches who share my passion and enthusiasm. This is my second year coaching with the Jr. Rhinos and my third year involved in youth cheer. While safety is always my top priority, my coaching philosophy is rooted in creating a positive, encouraging environment where every girl feels empowered and confident—both on and off the mat. Outside of cheer, I work in personnel for the state and live in Lincoln with my husband of 12 years and our two wonderful kids.
Willow Beeler
I’m so excited to be coaching our Jr. Peewees this season! I have a background in cheerleading and had the joy of coaching our mascots last year. I’ve also worked as a group fitness instructor and am currently applying to BSN programs—experiences that have given me a strong understanding of how to coach safely, build confidence, and support each child’s growth both physically and emotionally. My coaching philosophy centers on safety and building confidence—laying a strong foundation that helps each athlete thrive, not just as a cheerleader but as a person. I believe cheerleading is about more than just routines—it’s about teamwork, perseverance, friendship, and creating memories that last. I’m honored to be part of this journey and I can’t wait to see what this season brings!
Lavette Cole
I’m so excited to be coaching our Mascot Cheerleaders this season! Cheer has been a huge part of my life as I started in middle school and continued all the way through college, and the love for it never left. Now, as a mom of four very active kids (including one of this season’s Mascot Cheerleaders!), I feel incredibly lucky to bring that passion full circle and share it with your little ones. One of my favorite cheer memories was performing on the field, feeling the energy of the crowd and the connection with my team. That spirit, confidence, and joy is exactly what I hope to pass on to our young cheerleaders. At this age, it’s all about building confidence, having fun, and learning the basics in a safe, supportive, and super-spirited environment. I’m looking forward to an unforgettable season filled with smiles, sparkles, and lots of cheer! Let’s make some amazing memories together. Go Rhinos!
